The Registrar

The current Registrat of the Seminary is PASTOR MOSES OLUSOJI OYEWOLE, PhD in Christian Theology Bias in Church Branding, Theology, Communication and Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye holds M.A. in Christian Studies, OOU, and Master in Public Administration, UNILAG, Post Graduate Diploma; in Public Relations, in Journalism, in Educational Management and Administrationand in Integrated Market Communication. He is also Fellow of Professional Bodies/Institutes such as; Certified Marketing Communication Institute of Nigeria, British Society of Commerce, Association of Costs and Executive Accountants, Institute of Leadership and Church Administrations in Nigeria, Institute of Entrepreneurs, FULL and Chartered Member, Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, Nigeria Institute of Training and Development, Nigeria Institute of Management, British Institute of Management, Institute of Marketing, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK, Institute of Industrial and Labour Relations, Institute of Data Processing and Management (IDPM), Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Yaba College of Technology, among other qualifications.

He had served as Council Members of Professional Institutes, Seminaries and Tertiary Institutions including being Pioneer Coordinator/Liaison Officer and Secretary, Board of Trustees of Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State.

He is a multidisciplinary Consultant, Researcher, Renowned Human Capital Trainer, Facilitator at Local and International Retreats/Conferences, Author/Publisher, Youth and Women Ministry Developer, a Rounded Teacher of the WORD and an Apostle in the Body of Christ.

The registrar is the officer who handles student and staff records. He also coordinates all administrative activities of the College.

The registrar processes registration requests, schedules classes and maintains class lists, enforces the rules for entering or leaving classes, and keeps a permanent record of grades and marks.

The other functions of the Registrar includes but are not limited to the following:

  • To provide quality student service in the area of registration, tuition assessment and academic records, official seal of the Seminary and to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of student record.
  • To demonstrate the seminary's commitment to thoughtful treatment of its student past and present through the timeliness and accuracy of the transcripting system.
  • To ensure good order and an atmosphere conducive to academic activity by producing timely and accurate statistics, class rosters, grades, certifications and other reports, and by serving as a ''watch dog'' for academic policies.
  • To produce class and examination schedules which as much as possible, serve the needs and preference of faculty and students and to insure that the condition of the classrooms meets the need of quality instruction.
  • The Registrar is the secretary at large to the Board of Governors, the Academic Board and all convocations of the Seminary.
